BIG DAVE REVIEW
These tires and all specialty snow tires I have seen are recaps. This is not a bad thing. Typically the tire is re-caped with a high quality specialized re-cap or re-tread. The rubber compound and the tread are designed for maximum performance. The rims are always new. The question about studs or no studs? Studs will mark a surface area. So I don’t recommend them on blacktop or special surfaces.
What creates the performance.
- Ground Pressure – the narrow tire creates more down pressure.
- Tread pattern – The tread pattern is designed for optimal performance in the snow
- Rubber Compound – The softness of the compound enhances the performance of the tires traction.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
